Intro to Machine Quilting - Straight Lines

Before Dawna owned The Quilt Store, she owned Dawna's Design Threads, specializing in award-winning free motion quilting.
Dawna is excited to teach you how you can begin quilting your own quilts, too! This class will focus on straight line quilting using a walking foot. You will learn how to create the "quilt sandwich," how to appropriately baste your quilt using a couple of methods, how to mark your quilt for quilting, and methods to keep your quilt flat and your stitches straight. You will learn "stitch in the ditch" as well as cross-quilt methods.
