Stash to Cash Vendor Registration
Turn your STASH into CASH! This is a fun event for people looking to thin out their creative spaces, and likewise for shoppers to snatch up great discounts on gently used sewing and craft supplies. If you're looking forward to shopping, we'll see you May 16th from 8am to noon in The Quilt Store parking lot!!
Vendors, please read all rules and guidelines before signing up, even if you've participated in the past, as some of our rules have changed since last year.
RULES and GUIDELINES:
- Please register for $10 to reserve ONE parking spot to sell Quilting, Sewing, and Craft supplies and tools. Please call and ask if you have questions about the items you plan to sell.
Acceptable wares, for example (new and used are ok):
--Fabric
--craft/sewing kits
--rulers
--notions
--sewing machines, cricuts, other craft machinery
--Sewing tables furniture/storage
Unacceptable wares, for example:
--clothing
--household items/garage sale items
Each vendor will be assigned a parking spot in our parking lot beginning at 7:30am on the day of the event, on a first come, first served basis. Within your spot, you must fit your vehicle and design your booth. You are responsible for providing your own chairs, tables, and tents.
Vendors are responsible for managing their own payment systems and applicable sales taxes. The Quilt Store will not make change, so please plan accordingly. --The Quilt Store is not responsible for products, or transactions of this event outside the walls of our brick and mortar store.
At the end of the sale, promptly at 12pm, we ask that vendors pack up and leave their spaces cleaner than they found them. :)
When you reserve a spot, you acknowledge you have read our rules and agree to abide by them. The Quilt Store reserves the right to ask anyone to put unacceptable wares away or to ask anyone to leave for any reason. You understand that we have a 72 hour cancellation policy.
**All Classes have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class date will not be refunded unless the seat can be filled by the waitlist.
**Waitlists: Joining a waitlist ONLY means you agree to receive an automatic emailed response when a spot opens. It does not guarantee you will be in the class or that you will have first right of refusal. The seat will be filled by the first person (whether they are on a waitlist or not) to pay for that seat. Waitlists only apply to cancellations for that date/time, not future listings of the same class.
