Quick Trip Around the World
In this class you will learn an easy technique for making this traditional quilt pattern called "Trip Around The World" We will be using Eleanor Burns book. You can purchase a kit for the lap size quilt like our sample or choose your own fabrics.

| Requirements: | Sewing Machine with an extra needle, 1/4" foot, power cord and foot petal. Matching Thread and bobbins. Book: Quick Trip Quilts by Eleanor Burns. Fabric: Fabric either provided in a kit purchased from the Quilt Store or selected on your own. Select 1/2 yard of 9 different fabrics (similar colors dark to light). Each 1/2 yard will be cut into 3-4" strips salvage to salvage. You will also need fabric for borders. See page 18 of the Quick Trip book for fabric needed for borders. You will complete only the top of the quilt in this class. Scissors, Rotary Cutter with a new blade, 24" Ruler, Pins. |
